Stox Guru is an educational platform providing the 'Stock Market Analyst Programme.' We are not SEBI-registered Investment Advisers (RIA), Research Analysts, or Portfolio Managers. All content, including video modules and AI Tutor responses, is for educational and learning purposes only. Enrollment in this course does not constitute a client-advisor relationship.

Stock market trading involves significant financial risk; users may lose more than their initial investment. Stox Guru, Stox 360, or its directors shall not be held liable for any financial losses or damages incurred. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We do not provide 'Tips,' 'Calls,' or 'Guaranteed Profits' of any kind.

Access is granted for a period of exactly 365 days from the date of account activation. No grace period will be provided for renewals. Access to all videos and the AI Tutor will automatically expire at 12:00 AM on the 366th day. Offline downloads will be removed or locked upon subscription expiry.

A subscription is for single-person use only. Sharing login credentials or attempting to log in on multiple devices simultaneously will result in account suspension without a refund. Screen recording or taking screenshots of educational videos is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against such violations under IT and Copyright laws.

Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances once processed. Users are encouraged to explore the app interface and free content before purchasing a premium subscription. Current users cannot claim refunds based on future promotions or discounts offered by the platform.

The AI Tutor is an automated learning assistant. Stox Guru is not responsible for any incorrect information or technical errors provided by the AI. AI-generated responses should never be used as a basis for market investment decisions (Buy/Sell signals).

The one-year Capital Watch premium is offered as a complimentary gift from our parent company, Stox 360. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer if it is no longer financially viable. Termination of Capital Watch services does not entitle users to a refund of Stox Guru subscription fees.

The app and its features are provided on an 'As-Is' basis. We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service. Stox Guru is not liable for service interruptions caused by server maintenance, updates, or software bugs.

The 'Stock Market Analyst Programme' certificate is a recognition of course completion only and does not serve as a professional trading license. We reserve the right to modify course content without prior notice to maintain educational standards.

Misbehavior towards staff or misuse of the AI Tutor will result in account termination without a refund. Users may not use this platform to promote other services or represent themselves as authorized agents of Stox Guru.

By creating an account or using Stox Guru, you expressly consent to receive communications from our team regarding your program enrollment, course progress, and related educational updates. These communications may be delivered via voice calls (our primary mode of communication), email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms.

These terms are governed by Indian laws. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Punalur/Kollam, Kerala.
